Location : Bangalore


  • HR Recruitment and Coordinating with Recruitment agencies.
  • HR Interviews and Entry / Exit formalities and Onboarding Formalities/ behaviour testing with smooth transition requirements.
  • Team Bonding: Activities / Outings/ Events.
  • Employee Engagement and Team Training coordination.
  • Handling Team Grievances and Employee Retention.
  • Leave Maintenance.
  • Payroll Coordination.
  • Labour Records.
  • Employee Review and Value Systems communication along with Onboarding manual and formalities.


Qualification/ Experience :

  • MBA Human Resources
  • 2-3 years+ experience.


Skills Required :

  • Honesty, Integrity.
  • Comfortable with interacting with people.
  • Team Player and coordination among various teams and members
  • Good Communication Skills- Oral and Written.
  • Comfortable with Quick Turnaround and Deadline.
