Handling Team Grievances and Employee Retention.
Leave Maintenance.
Payroll Coordination.
Labour Records.
Employee Review and Value Systems communication along with Onboarding manual and
formalities.
Qualification/ Experience
MBA Human Resources
2-3 years+ experience.
Skills Required:
Honesty, Integrity.
Comfortable with interacting with people.
Team Player and coordination among various teams and members
Good Communication Skills- Oral and Written.
Comfortable with Quick Turnaround and Deadline.
