- Internal Maintenance: Computers not working, Late coming, Cleanliness, WFH Rotational Hybrid coordination.
- Calendar Management.
- Track of Maintenance contracts and renewals.
- Fixing Appointments/ Meetings.
- Coordinating with Vendors/ partners/ external stakeholders
- Team coordination for internal activities
- Maintaining Business files, Record Keeping, Housekeeping, Petty Cash
- Laptop Purchase Upgrade, Repair coordination.
- Desk Management and seating
- Fun activities
- Things not working/ broken
- Work with MD for Appointments
- Facilities Management Internet, electricity, conference room
